Ringside Muay Thai Punching Bag Review

- Includes heavy-duty chain
- Weight: 100 lbs.
- Size:12″ x 72″
The Ringside Muay Thai heavy bag is and slim punching bag specifically designed for Muay Thai and MMA training.
It is made from a high-quality synthetic leather construction which absorbs shots perfectly while protecting you from injuries.
The length is 72″ which is far longer than the regular heavy bag. This allows you to train your high kicks as well as low kicks.
The Muay Thai bag weight around 100lbs. which is heavy enough to keep the bag stable even for the hardest punchers. However, if you are looking to buy a bag for your home make sure to make the right measurements.
Also, keep in mind for the extra length of the hook assembly and the chains.
The bag itself is firm but soft enough to kick without any protection. Its outer shell feels good and provides almost genuine leather experience.
It comes pre-filled and ready to use. Also, a thing we noticed is that it holds its shape pretty well. The filling stays right where it needs to be and does not sink to the bottom. However, even if there is such a problem you can easily refill it as it has a zipper at the top of the bag.
The price is normal for that kind of heavy bag and it’s a good deal if you are looking for Muay Thai heavy bag. Another similar punching bag is the Combat Sports Muay Thai heavy bag. You can check out the review here.
Overall, this is a well-designed, durable heavy bag and it is a must-have if you are MMA or Muay Thai fighter who wants to improve his leg kicks.
